So alot of you have been wondering, just who the hell is Sorc101?
Well, those that remember me, would know me as w.K)bRoOkLyN or kG-bRoOkLyN from 2003-2005
My internet alias was bRoOk back then. Since 2008, I've been Sorc101.

I've made 3 characters since my return, a fireball sorc, an mf/gf frenzy barb and a strafazon.

This is the first guide I will be writing and it's going to be about the frenzy barbarian.
Look in the future for fb sorc guide and a strafazon guide as well.

I used to pvp in 2004, but never since (boring)

If you are a PvM'er, or want to start learning how to mF & craft, then this guide is for you!

When i made my barb i referred to Papa Smurf's guide to remember how to do it.
I tweeked it of course, to suit my godliness. As you grow in forum gold, you can do the same.

Stat points and skill points:

(or click here: http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/72/barbbuild.jpg

Basically, I put 100% of the points into Vitality because the items I used on my barb boosted the str i needed to equip everything.
This character requires 0 dexterity (you do not block when duel wielding) and 0 energy (jus mana leech is all you need)

When using find item, you want to be at 49% because after that you will recieve what's known as diminishing returns (no futher bonus, a penalty instead)

This Video shows a demonstration of the barbarian:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YoDSPEug9FI
I used fraps to create the video and recorded it from a laptop, so it is a little laggy and slow, but it shows you the supremacy.

Here is a picture of the barbarian equipped with some of the best gear on useast.
You will of course adjust your own build according to what you can and cannot afford.

Godly.

Some Places to MF:

Den of Evil - blue zombie in there
Cave lvl 1 - coldcrow the archer
Stony Field - Rakanishu
The pit - entire lvl 1 and 2 (found in tamoe highland)
Inner Closter - Bone Ash
Andariel (of course!)
Sewers Lvl 2
Lost City - The Ancient Tunnels
Act 3 all six temples (bazaar upper and causeway)
Travincal
Mephisto
River of Flame - entire area
Chaos Sanctuary
Eldricth
Pindleskin
Sharptooth (in frigid by captive barbs)
Eyeback (at entrance to arreat plateu)
Thresh Socket (at entrance to crystalline passage)
BoneSaw (inside glacial trail)
Drifter's Cavern (cave in glacial trail)
Halls of Pain/Vaught - Nilathak
Ancient's Way - entire area
Icy Cellar (cave in the ancients way)
Worldstone lvl 1 2 3 and throne room
Baal

Subbosses are the key, always kill champs, remember not to use any cold damage because this freezes bodies and you can't search them!
Tell your party members to take off redemption/holy freeze, and tell the necros to piss off on the corpse explosion :D
When inside the chaos sanctuary, never use frenzy while oblivion mages are present. Always use berzerk for fear of iron maiden!

Hope this helps you guys out there. And remember, you can't become godly in a day!

Good luck!!

All questions should be posted. PMs will be ignored, my inbox is always spammed on a daily basis!!
Please post instead of PM and i will get to you when I can. Thanks all.

"CHAMP OUT!!"

Taunt weakens monsters attack and defenses and lures them to you (especially the ones that like to run away)
War Cry stuns the monsters around you so that you can chop their limbs off without a fight.
Once the area is cleared you should use FIND ITEM.

Set your hotkeys accordingly, and you will become a master magic finder like the legend.
Life Tap is key to survival, with 3.5 attacks per second from each weapon, casting it should be simple.

Also when searching for craftables, pick up those magic rings, belts, amulets, gloves from all m85 areas only.
To find out which areas are M85, try googling Diablo II M85 Areas and a list will come up.

Yes, you can substitute whatever you want. But the last wish gives you MIGHT AURA, mf and crushing blow. A godly weapon overall.
Shako for looks sure, but the skull gives ias and mana leech. Remember, nothing here is binding. Put on what you can afford.
Staying alive > more magic find. Once you know you can stay alive, then work on sacrificing gear for mf.
