This guide is a expansive but much fun!

Lets Start with the items

Helm:
Kira's Umed Stack Resistance
Or Guillaume's Face Umed but i like kira's more:)

Amulets :
Mara's i prefer mara becouse it gives more res and life
3 pc amulet

Armor:
This is a pure life build so u must use Enigma

Wepon:
LastWish Pb ( The more Crash and Blow the better )
If you ask ur selfs why in pb:
First of all it wont break like Ba
Second it will be much more faster then Ba

Shield:
Now here is the trick most of us use
Zaka Eth Zoded But i dont ( You Can use Zaka too but then u will have to give more Dex points )
Ko Ko Mal "Sanctuary" Shield i have u can use 1 of these 3
-Sacred Targe
-Kurast
-Zakarum
The reason why i use this shield it becouse it has a loads of res
45 + 75 is 120 bur u probably wont create a perfect 1 so it will be around 100
Wich will add to your res

Rings :
2 ravens
Simply becouse of absorb and 20 dex

Belt:
Rare belt are the best
I use 60life 30str
but it doesn't realy matter u just need Str on belt to be able holding the shield
So the more the better
No Need to give str points in stat

Gloves:
Usually u all get 20 ias + Mod
This Smiter Need only 15 dex
altough 20 ias 15 dex 15 str are always welcome

Boots:
GoreRider
Simply becouse Crash And blow

Switch:
Cta stat doesn't matter + Spirit for bo

Inventory:
Annilus doesn't matter wich stat
NO TORCH! u want to be able picking the torch up
Gheed 40 mf
thats it

Stat points:
No Str
Enough dex to hold pb if needed at all
Rest to vitality

Skill Points:
Smite 20
Fanaticism 20
Holyshield 20
Now this is the base build for every smite
20 to meditation
1 to salvation

Now why meditation:
When you fight baal he mana burns you and it take some time to kill all u need to do
is to Change to meditation for 1 sec and change back to fanaticism

How to kill uber all together:
Use Salvation And Charge to run to mefistho<-- He must be first one! And then hit him with smite + Salvation when u get the Lifetap on him u can Change back to fanaticism
U can hit him with salvation he will die faster with fanaticism but salvation is fast enough to be sure u wont die
then after u kill him the rest are Easy and fast

btw if you want to kill Uber faster you can use Guillaume's Face but only if you have perfect items like mara 30,120 res shield
or just use salvation while killing mefistho

70 - 80 Crash and blow and With Guillaume's Face 105 - 110 Crash and blowaltough 100 is max
you will have 2.4k - 3k life with bo
1.6k - 2.1k damage Zaka has higher damage but then again less life less Crash and blow

shouldnt u use dracs for life tap, r atleast have a lifetap wand?

Stop Criticizing His Guide, if you watched the video he made you most likely understand.

1. LW + Eth Hoz Own Make up the lost LT From Exile with LW+Dracs GG LT
2. I would use dracs, preferably the more LT in ubers the better.
3. I wouldn't use that rare belt though, probably a 40/15 Dungos, rather
4. The Uber Stacked res is godly, I use a 2x 15IAS/15Res jewel in my COA, making res not an issue.
5. I wouldn't use maras, if i didn't use 15/15 jewels or 15IAS jewels in my COA because, your Attack speed will suffer more than anything (But nowadays everyone TMC's or FastMods, so thats really not a issue anymore)
6. Enigma is imo, optimum for smiters with stacked res, don't use coa if your using LW, because you'll have stacked res, but conv will still bring it under a bit, but Fade will pull it up to par.

Now keep in mind this is "Many_Names" uber smiter, not PvP or anything so really doesn't matter, it will get the job done, and it's actually a lot cheaper than more smiter builds, he gives quite a bit of alternates that you can choose from so if you don't like his guide, go look at the 30 other smiter guides, or make your own, if your so pro.

Everything is True:) But u forgot several things
First Verdungo used for dr only So nn
Coa is expansive ^^ And need much str for it:)
The only thing u need in ubers is STACK of Resistance!
and life tap wich give by lastwish.
lastwish give life tap lvl 17 you will only ruen it if u will use draculs wich have lower lvl of life tap
thats why i dont use draculs!
