You need Grief PB + Guillaumes + Draguls, rest of gear can be what ever you want. Get Life Tap wand from vendor ( Act 5 Malah example ) and cast Life Tap before start slapping. Uber Trist has been made with LvL ~30 chars, even under, so you should be fine with high level char.

All you need are: Black, Duraculs, Gore rider, 4x Pdia'd Elite Pally shield and Raven Frost.

Skill wise, you need either lvl 21 conviction or 300 Light Res(and Cold res) with Salvation.

Sorc? You can't afford with your fg.

When I Uber, I swap some gears like FCR rings with Raven Dwarfs, Spirit with HoZ(even haven't upgd it), nigma to treachery, Hand of Blessed Light with Heaven's Light and Tearhaunch with Gore.

I'm in HC and ubering with 1pt smite. 3 or 4 unid torches are on sale now, lol

This is all you need. Obviously this is an extreme example, but it shows the basics of what you need to kill them
