Does anyone know if there is a D2R Necro build that gives an idea of gear options since the old LoD 0.8 GG items such as storm circlet and grim spurs and soul shanks are not in D2R.

you can hit 71% block using eld ss at lvl 99 with 43%dr 207 dex. Just need to pump 9 additonal dex to hit 75% block.

It is also possible to hit 73-74% block 47% dr with base dex by using a ber'ed whitsan's guard shield.

3 skill/res/life rep/oak versus spirit where you have worse everything except fhr which is addressed. 35fcr also leaves no room to hit 125 with anything less than a 2/20 ammy.

if your build allows for swaps, what would you swap and with what

I would not try to use swaps and juggle both vita and mb nec, tokens are cheap.

using a token each time when you wanna nvn or n vs non physical doesnt seem practical...
