wel the arreat summit has info but it is kinda confusing to me.

Multiple Shot (6) Amazon Weapons(18)[30/8], Bows(18)[30/8], Crossbows(18)[30/8], Gloves(63)[20/4]

so if I want lvl 8 multishot on bow it is item lvl 18(afex lvl). or is that only for lvl 1 multishot..ARE THAY RANDOM LVL of multishot.

I tryed loking at the arreat summit but thay realy dont say what SLVL is and many other abreavations for the equation.

It needs to be ilvl 94+ for slvl 8

For example, a wand of Lower Resist [60/3] can gain SLVL 1 charges at ILVL 53 (as well as all levels below it), SLVL 2 charges at ILVL 76, and SLVL 3 charges at ILVL 99.

Lower Resistance (30) Wands(36)[60/3]....isnt this ilvl 36.so how is the abuve statmint ilvl 53 for slvl 1 charges

negation(neg)

slvl: [(ilvl - reqlvl) / [neg((99 - reqlvl)/max)]]
charges: [neg(min) * slvl / 8] + neg(min)
