So basically Crushing blow is useless. Also when equipping an item with Crushing Blow it receives further penalties (Damage = 25%) vs bosses including Ubers regardless of Crushing Blow %.

What about Open Wounds ... does that scale well? And is there anything that scales well except for Static Field?

Open wounds is just a set amount of damage (life drain) based on your char lvl, it doesn't increase or decrease with player count. http://diablo2.diablowiki.net/Open_Wounds#1.10.2B
