For Rune Scratch

Does this claw hit 4 FPA without the 15 IAS jewel? Like would a 20% ias warfist hit 4 fpa for WW??

Actually seems like it's 5 ias off from hitting 4 fpa -.-

Could of just asked.

The answer is no like I told you the firs time claw needs 15 ias to hit 4 fpa WW which is why its 40 15d

PS: WW isn't affected by arach slow. You do no need to over compensate for the 10% slow against arach users.
