I'd be more than happy to see your gear but unfortunately I cannot access D2 atm...but what you should aim for, is max smite speed(with fanat), at least max resist in hell, if your resist is like 250+, then you can go ahead and smite meph with fanat, but if your resist is below that, i suggest having salvation aura on instead when dealing with meph, then switch back to fanat for diablo and baal, next is 50% or more crushing blow, lastly you use exile, so life tap shouldnt be a problem
