i'd take ds over cb anyday. if you have alot of ds I wouldnt start stacking cb as well bc cb will cast BEFORE ds and override it.

cb doesnt hit nearly as hard unless you're lucky on the initial hit.

long story short, you could gimp yourself by stacking both. just letting you know I'd take def/stats over 2% cb for that reason.

it actually doesn't work like that.

Whether CB succeeded or not has no bearing on the subsequent roll for DS.
Thus, you could get both on the same strike.
