Ias isn't enough to stack vs slow, you have like 115 ias bowslot with foi using standard items and you need 130 ias iirc to stack vs 10% slow on GMB.

IAS jewel in storm and 75% ias on bowslot would give you the speed needed on javs i guess but losing the -req jewel could cause you to lose str bug by having to statt more str.

FOI could be good on some builds imo, and if it was the same price as a normal faith I think we'd see more builds utilising it on europe.. but its just not worth it as it is.

I didn't mean the ds outperforms or even equals the missed avg dmg, it was just one part of the reasoning.

I'm not quite sure about the slow: how much is gm and how much ias you need to counter 10% if that's the gm limit, but against higher slow% it should help. Correct me if I'm wrong.

No comment for titan/storm, as it depends on rest of the setup.. With rare javelins it's not a problem tho.

And price shouldn't be a factor when disgussing what is the best option...

Well 10% is the limit against ama's.

With rare javs its not a problem you are correct, but such matri's are veery hard to find ( maybe the OP has them tho ), and you are correct price shouldn't be an issue.

This is why I said at the end, if price wasn't a factor, I think FoI might be better in some circumstances ( the life leech is actually one of the bigger pluses ) , but its hard for me to seriously compare based on numbers alone as I've never actually used a FoI myself.
