only option would be fcr fhr life rep life res, and imo its not worth it unless youre building a serious replife build

The max block part may be decent, but I don't sva on anything other than 105 es. But as far as svs this build is inferior. My sorc on ladder reaches 3.9k life

my sorc reaches 3845 life now on ladder, and some serious upgrades is waiting for her on nl

personally i think es is wank, unless its 75 es, for 2 reasons:
precast is cancer (nobody will ever wait for you in tvts, and if they did expect mass hate)
nonprecast is cancer dmg

but if you want a top maxblock setup for nl and have the fg for it, go this route:

Helm: 2 20 fcr 14 fhr 38 dex 18 str 60 life 30 light resi 30 fire res (2*7fhr/9str/9dex/30 lr/fr jewel)
Amulet: +2 sorc 20 fcr 20 dex 60 life
Weapon: Hoto 40@
Armor: Enigma of Duress (+74 str)
Shield: Stormshield "Eld"
Gloves: Magefist
Ring1: Raven
Belt: Bugbelt +1 all skills +15 str +25 dex +20% res +25% dr
Ring2: 10 fcr 15 dex 40 life (+possible some adds/resis)
Boots: Shadowdancers 25 dex

Also freely swapable, but i doubt it can fit your stash, which is biggest issue with such builds, so you have to work clever right?
ES and 200 fcr dont go along, dont consider it or discuss it. There is no need to really, its pure suicide

btw with that setup you reach 105 fcr 86 fhr 75% block 50 dr around 3,4k hp and 19k dmg
only res you would lack is fire res which you can get from ring #2

200 fcr and 22k fb ofc
