i couldn't figure out how to tele and use an aura at the same time? any legit solution appreciated, would help me a lot !

i just posted the jewel for andy right away, would need to think about it again, maybe u are better off with 15/15 @ or something, but i stick with the items

I'd ral it.

I normally go with Insight, Andys, Fort/Treachery. Also, 1 point in fanatacism works great with 1 point smite to take down wave 2 of Baal's minions if you are using an elite pally shield.

You don't need insight on an hdin. Use redemption every once in awhile and use mana pots. Use reapers toll on your merc and use fanaticism during wave 2. You could also do like me and smite during wave 2. Holy bolt is probly better but i like to smite and especially when you come across a magic immune and physical immune the reapers toll comes in handy.

I may be stepping out on a limb here but my hdin merc has always used EBOTD War Pike, Eth Fort, Guil Helm socketed with 40/15 jewel (40 enhanced dmg 15 ias) or Andy's socketed with 40/15 jewel.

With concentration aura on my merc was hitting close to 10k damage and that was with a random ED % EBOTD. If you want to invest you can get a 400% or even a 415% and to maximize damage. I used this set up when I was running chaos and baals, immunes were always killed quickly and mana was never a problem.

You can put an additional skill point into meditation or redemption (my preference) and switch to that aura to absorb some souls quickly. (Generally between waves) If you don't want to use that skill point you could always carry a phoenix pally shield around and swap to activate redemption to absorb souls, but that can get tedious.

The only use I can see using treachery for would be to buff fade which is nice but I think the higher defense, chilling armor, and enhanced damage is going to make your merc overall more damage dealing to take care of the immunes which seems to be the goal here.

Reapers toll > botd by far. Also the ll from weapon is enough so give him guilli for the cb.

Dude, get a prayer merc. Insight gets a synergy from prayer. The meditation will get life rep synergy from prayer, and at the same time, prayer that's already on the merc will be in effect as well. Its like getting 2x prayer auras from the merc.
