you can do it with hoto as well.
make small fields, he will jump u sooner or later. u don't have to field in same place, you can tele away and make him follow you, in the time he comes u already have a small field of hammers.
when he jumps, smite him back to hammers (wolves will still be attacking you and druid will be knockbacked into hammer fields). there is a chance that he survives tho due to oak, so be sure to foh right after u smited (for stun), jump on him and spam hammers.
