What don't you understand? It's pretty simple to read and it's written correctly. Top PvP and PvM builds aka specs which would mean talent wise, gear wise, and skill wise. It's okay, I am used to people who play diablo being a little slower than the rest of the world.

PvE = Player vs Environment.
PvM = Player vs Monster (D2 way of saying PvE)

Yet you asked for PvP, which I'm just going to assume you don't know means Player vs Player.

It's okay though, I'm use to people like you on this forum being idiots.

< can't figure out basic pvm skill builds which have not changed at all over the past 10 years
< calls other people slow
