20 helm, 20 belt, 10fcr ring, wiz spike's 50% = 100 fcr
you can get more stats on an amulet than a ring, so getting 10fcr on an amulet to replace an fcr ring is near-worthless.
You could get 19+ fcr to hit the bp on a crafted amulet in order to use dif helm or belt, but crafted amulets get even fewer stats.
Why trade mass stats on a no-fcr amulet for another belt or helm? you won't hit the ias bp with another helm that's better than a 2/20/2os ++ stat'd one, and what would you use instead of arachs? 24fhr/+str/60life? you use nigma nn str. verdungoes perhaps? not a horrible choice but I prefer 1skill 20 fcr 10%slow
