But hands down the most important is color. Cuz its all for style. I mean you can pick up some extra fhr/life over a white for very specific setups but it's mostly a style thing.

as djsem said, you need +5 to bone spear (and) or spirit

when you find something, compare it to white rw (20fcr 10vita 3pb 2spear 3bone armor) on a 3bs wand

You should look for:

+2 Nec / +3 PnB
+20% FCR
+2 Sox
that's a must!

3 random necro skills are very much needed bonus

+3 spear is the best one, almost neccessary.

+3 Fire Golem
+3 Lower Resist
would be woth a thousands.
