In my opinion, farm hell glitch Andariel + Mephisto with either a pure blizzard sorc, or an hybrid frozen orb / fireball.

Random items like spirit sword, lore helm, stealth armor...

Merc with Insight in random weapon.

1 static / 1 warmth / 1 teleport / 1 cold armor

20 cold mastery

either :
20 blizzard + rest of points into synergies (Glacial spike first, have it on left click)
or :
20 frozen orb, 1 fire mastery, 20 fireball, rest into firebolt (Glacial spike again on left click).

Farm hell glitch? You mean like the "moat trick".

Farm hell glitch

Have a quest not completed (Mephisto) and join a game where the quest ''cannot be completed'' and if you kill meph, it would be like your quest drop.

I'm already in Act 5 HELL where ancients are done. I've never heard of this. Do I get better drops joining somebody else's game that has it completed if I don't?

so I can join a kids game that does Tombs non stop in act 2 and farm hell glitch as long as he hasn't killed meph? Or does he have to be up to the point just after Trav.?

i think anyone who hasnt killed meph. but still sucks cause you must search for those games, if ur a cold sorc, just do regular andy/meph/tunnels/mausoleum
