in gvg is it better to use 40ias/272ed/265ar/fools/eth zod warfist or

+3light / + 3 venom / + 3 mindblast suwayah fury ?

pros and cons are

with fury i get alot more deadly strike and open wounds and i get to use light sentry + wof in duels
also more mindblast damage and venom damage but i get 5600 ar which i think is enough to hit other sins
once their cloak'd

35 deadly strike from highlord
15 from gface
33 deadly strike from fury
= 88 deadly strike

and 25 openwounds from chaos
10 from belt
66 from fury
= 101 % open wounds

2620-3030 fury dmg
3110-3890 chaos dmg


with warfist fools i get

50 deadly strike from highlord+gface
35openwounds from belt+chaos
16k ar
3300 - 3940
3108 - 3845

which setup is better ??

just use irathas collar, death gloves and treks and be done with it.

GvG is pretty dumb but to answer your question, the war fist would be a better option.
Also one thing to note: DS and OW don't stack across claws. Each claw's mods are calculated separately. However, any other piece of gear that adds those mods will add to both claws.
In your case:

Your fury has: 88 DS and 76 OW.
Your chaos has: 50 DS and 35 OW.
Your war fist: 50 DS and 10 OW.

very nice but poison isnt the main source of damage anyway.

Also poison reduce is good, but with the frequency of ww, the venom is probably being reapplied ( i.e. the full 0.8 duration isn't coming into effect until the final hit ).

here's the GvG setup from Azn Masta's guide

42% FCR Setup (Power)
• Helm - 2Assassin/20FCR/Visionary/Life/Strength or Dexterity/2Socket Circlet
• Armor - Archon Plate Enigma
• Amulet - Highlord’s Wrath
• Boots - Gore Riders
• Ring 1- 10FCR/120Attack Rating/25 Strength/15 Dexterity/3Life leech/20 life Crafted Ring
• Ring 2- Raven Frost
• Gloves - Trangs-Oul Gloves
• Belt - 24% FHR/10% Open wounds/80 Life/3Life Leech/30 Strength/30% Poison Resistance Belt
• Claws - Glitched Chaos (Suwayyah) + 30+IAS Warfist Fools claw

One thing I can think of chaning is usin guilli + arach instead of ow belt, but im sure that setup works well

Go with the fools but you need to relearn several glaring mistakes before you get ahead of yourself.




42% fcr + 24% fhr ? doesn't sound too effective to me X.x

well it just needs an fhr sc for 27 fhr

cant comment as to whether 42 fcr is sufficient or not, as I dont really play GvG

i use 86 fhr for gvg setup
and ofc 42 is enough for gvg *
and meds can close this topic im str8
ima beast after all
