What Act Merc, What specific equipment as well as approximate damage.

My Paladin is used for key hunting and magic finding only, and i have 125fcr%. And looking for upgrade to excellent/good magic find Mercenary that doesn't die often with great magic find / boss killing ability or last blow.

Please let me know, thank you.

if you dont run chaos

go for a typical act 2 cold merc

with

andy's or vgaze
eth fort
eth cv insight

Go with isted bone sundan or put some shael in it
work out ias frames yourself

That is a typical merc setup, it has not Magic find gear..

you could just use eth ca insight, no need to burn mana pots + nice dmg

(Search for 40%mf Ik helm)
Ik Helm (Socketed with 2x Ist) -- 75-115%mf

Eth Coh -- 25%mf
or
Eth Wealth -- 100%mf

Eth Eternity Colossusblade -- 30%mf


This build will give you ~ 130-170%mf with Coh build or 205-245%mf with Wealth build

As far as Act 2 Mercs...

Eth Stealskull (Socketed with Ist) -- 105-205%mf

Eth Coh -- 25%mf
or
Eth Wealth -- 100%mf

3soc Eth Tomb Reaver (socketed with 3x ist) -- 140-170%mf
