it's one of the main points of getting a circ imo, you shouldn't lose as much as 200 life though.

depends what your dueling, you dont always need r/w but its helpful vs things like druids/ necs / traps

e; if you own both of these circlets, build with the 20 dex one, then if your dueling something that you cant block, use the 30 frw one
