K so i just passed to Paladin but i have only a dagger set (which i plan on using through ninja, etc) and a mage charm set.
Should I just keep my mage @ welling level and trade off all of my lower caster gear and try to get new gear for my pala? or...? i did fine on samurai using Mid armors and so forth, but now i need a paladin weapon set...


Or should i go the healing mastery route and heal people? OR is it possible to make a paladin caster??
lmk thoughts and if you have time to check out the gear on my mules to see what i'm working with, it would be much appreciated.. Thank you!

You can go paladin caster/ healer if your don't want to buy a whole new set.
Just stat all int, robes will be alright- plate with int or hm would probably be better, but you can get by with int/ hm robe.
Look for a sword or club with int or hm, you most likely have ee heal charms/ the rest, basically the same as a mage.

Does anyone actually have experience with a Caster paladin? would it be worth my time to invest in heavy INT gear only to have to sell it as soon as I pass?
Would it be easier to resell the axes? I'm thinking about getting axes for lvls 25/35/45/55 and going from there.

paly casters are the most liked of all the heavies for casting

i melee to 30 then switch over to casting

chains aren't very long but you never have to heal - also regen times are faster than a mage's

just go pure int all the way up.

my build:

all stats into int
str charms / ee plates / ee axes till 30 (also using a heal charm to extend chains)

at level 30 swap over to int gear + attack charms.

paly caster gear is quite good - you can get items with high int very very cheaply compared to mage wearable stuff.
