Hi. My last time posting this Barbarian in the trophy room. By the time I come back to Diablo 3, my Barbarian will have likely dropped down the rankings much like Skerge's godly Barbarian has. A lot of my build was based off of his influence, as well as det0x's throw Barbarian. I spent a long time using the basic Double Tornado build, but over time, decided it was boring and repetitive. So while I built towards EHP, I was also trying to make sure my Barbarian would be versatile enough to switch to a Throw Barb or a Sword and Board.

Here's a picture of my unbuffed damage, resistances, armour, and overall damage reduction:

Here's a picture of my Three Hundredth Spear that I use for Ubers.

Here's a picture of my skills and key mapping:

Basically, I use a -2 to Weapon Throw IK belt because it offers the best start-up to uptime ratio for my build. If I used -3 or more, I would struggle to maintain Wrath uptime using throw. Conversely, if I used -1 or nothing at all, I would have to take damage to be able to start up my build. It's not about having a perfect resource cost, but having something that works with the build. Rend's synergy with my build is awesome -- with the Lacerate rune, I can do 903% weapon damage to eliminate surrounding mobs so I can move on without hanging around.
My last death was two weeks ago.
This link (http://www.d3rawr.com/d-VsdNE) will show you the Battle Efficiency Score (the calculations which can be found here:
http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/6864416737?page=1). BES is a way to determine a Double Tornado Barbarian's ability to sustain, deal damage, and take damage simultaneously. My score is the highest in the US server at the moment, though I'm sure there are a few others who can beat it (I suspect Sessions is one of them). For PVP dummy, my Barbarian is one of two who meets the following unbuffed criterias:
1) doesn't use a life-leeching passive
2) doesn't use an armour/resistance passive
3) doesn't use War Cry
My only disappointment is that I was never able to snipe an 1,200+ DPS Echoing Fury with near perfect critical hit damage.
And last, but not least, I did reach my goal:
