The people who are posting all over that blizz is going to ban all zdogs that are afk is a false accusation. They would void their side of the terms of agreement. When I say ban I mean account closure...

Abuse of game mechanics occurs when a player takes advantage of Diablo III game systems. This category includes using/distributing game mechanics in a manner unintended by their design that:
Negatively affects another hero or their gameplay
If a player is found to have abused/distributed such game mechanics, they may:
Be given a verbal warning
Subsequent offenses will result in temporary suspension from the game"
It doesn't say account closer or ban.
If you consider this as an exploit

Some bugs are minor and do not affect gameplay, but sometimes bugs can be used to provide an unfair advantage to certain players or negatively affect the game itself. An appropriate penalty for exploitation is determined by whether or not:
The exploit is performed intentionally, maliciously, or repeatedly
The exploit damages another hero or their gameplay
An attempt has been made to conceal the exploit's use
If a player is found to have abused or distributed an exploit, that player may:
Be given a verbal warning.
Be temporarily suspended from the game
In extreme cases the account will be closed outright"
This does say account closure, but this is not extreme for two reasons.
1. Used by hundreds of thousands of people,
2. DOES NOT HURT OTHERS - damages anothers gameplay
Now stop saying people will get closed, they aren't going to. So hop on the EXP exploit and get lvlinn!!
