it's probably tomorrow, since 8/28 have world of warcraft big patch and blizzard will not patch 2 games in a day

Nice but that's probably not patch.

it's the fourth week of august, and they said patch goes on fourth week... 8 hours maintenance - this happens when they do patch, or a very big issues on server hardware (thats not the case) - next week (8/28) have a big patch on world of warcraft (pre-mists of pandaria expansion patch) and of course, they will not release 2 patchs in the same day.
