1st person leave and makes(resume) the game, does the quest. (1)
2nd person leave and makes(resume) game, 1st guy joins and do quest. (1,2)
3rd person leave and makes(resume) game, 2nd and 1st guy joins and do quest. (1,2,3)
1st guy rejoins original game
4th person leave and makes(resume) game, 2nd and 3rd guy joins and do quest. (2,3,4)
2nd, 3rd, 4th guy rejoin original game and do quest. (1,2,3,4)

In each parenthesis, it indicates which guys, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th are getting their quest.
1st guy will get 4 quest total
2nd guy will get 4 quest total
3rd guy will get 3 quest total
4th guy will get 2 quest total

In Nightmare (44.8k x 2 = 89.6k xp)
So, 1st guy gets 4x 89.6k = 358.4k xp
2nd guy = 358.4k xp
3rd guy = 268.8k xp
4th guy = 179.2k xp

Make a cycle and take turns being 1st,2nd,3rd,4th guys.
