Absolutely, that's what I use. Crit can go pretty high. I don't see mempos without crit as worth anything at all these days. When gear was still dropping and there wasn't many around, mempos without crit could sell. The higher the crit chance, the better. Definitely get crit + int mempo, I see it as essential for the current stage of progression of this game.
As far as my spec, I go and do public games on my archon wizard and I use a variation:
Glass Cannon
Critical Mass
Galvanizing Ward
The reason I use Galvanizing ward is my wizard is almost permanently archon and the armor would not last the duration or close to without. Solo, I keep Glass Cannon and run a templar merc that won't die with 60% block chance.
I use Diamond Skin with Crystallized Shield = highly recommended. On Mp10, with critical mass resettign it the absorb is enough. Without Crystallized Shield, Diamond Skin is pretty useless
I use Shock Pulse Living Lightning which crits enough to put me quickly back into archon
The rest are:
Familiar + Sparkflint
Energy Armor + Pinpoint Barrier (5% more crit and great bult in defensive)
Magic Weapon + Blood Magic
Archon + Improved Archon
That gives me only one ability without archon. However, with the built in survivability of my passives and all res with a weapon with life leech, I can kite easily around and not die in groups of 4 in mp10. With Shock Pulse, Living Lightning crits enough to quickly put me back into archon. When in archon, everything dies fast.
I may consider speccing into Teleport Calamity and Archon Teleport in the future because that would be more crits. However, this build works great as is.
Hope that helps. If you changed to this spec and got a good mempo with int and crit you could jump into mp10 groups and do find.
Oh I just checked your armory and you do have a mempo with crit. Try my spec, I'm sure it will work for you.
