WoW is probably one of the worst/boring games i have ever played, it took me a year to get level 25 because it was so incredibly boring. and people are like ohh level to 70 and raid or 80 or whatever it is now, its so much funner but really, it isn't.. it's a waste of time, it ruins peoples lives. You loose your social life if you are like level 80 and decent because stupid raid things. IMO WoW is for nerdy kids who don't have friends nor a social life or even do anything remotely fun.

So i choose Diablo 3

If you are NOT an idiot, Wow can be very casual. I can get all the raiding i need completed in 6 hours...other than that i can spend as little as 20 minutes a day. So if you believe 7ish hours a week is too much, you need to re-think the game.


Statistics do mean a lot actually, but i won't say it's THE BEST game. It is CERTAINLY better than diablo 2 (and yes i loved diablo 2).

The content in wow is amazing, there is SO much.

I;m not going to go into too much detail. I didn't have an interest in playing it for years, and i was skeptical even trying it. But it is a great game.

at least 99% of the players arent cheaters like in diablo

Can't compare a new game that gets regular updates due to people paying monthly subscriptions and them making unholy amounts of money off the game to a game that came out in 1998 and has remained unchanged with a couple very minor content patches threw the passed 12 years.

You actually can compare games from a different genre, but not in all areas. Wow isnt very new either...it came out in, what 2003?.....

Diablo 2 is run by hackers, unbalanced items and unbalanced classes. Those reasons are why i stopped playing.

You can compare diablo 2 and Wow by saying....

You pick a character class. You level the character class. You choose skills. You gather items to make your character better. You strive to hit the level cap. You continue to spend your time getting the best gear. And you may pvp.

I would NEVER compare d3 with Wow.

The fact that it is the most addictive doesn't make it a masterpiece... it gives people a feeling of having a chance to virtualy become smthg that's why so much RL failures try to make a "name" for themselves in a world where they may just make it...

It takes alot of time to be good at ANY game and arguably all video games and forms of unsociable entertainment are time sinks.

The PvE content of the game is a joke, no doubt about that, but no game can ever be deemed as being "easy" if there is a PvP side to the game. Arena is highly competitive, and even though there are many class imbalances, at least Blizzard does their best at listening to the QQs of their subscribers.
