depends on dps/class

to keep fury up on barb its sometimes best to go a bit higher mp.
try it yourself, start a bit higher mp and if you feel you need quicker kills you go lower

Start from mp0 (= no mp) and see how well you do.
Whatever mp you can do efficiently is the best.

The budget is now 200 mil...what class and build? any guides out there i can look at to gear up also?

go farm mp1-3 and get some demonic essence to craft shoulders/bracers/gloves and amulet n u'll b good to go

5mil made me a decent barb with no gems

gems = about 50mil more tho lol
