Bloated Malachor (those big fat guys in Arreat Crater etc.) with shielding/arcane/vortex/waller/illusionist

Find them really hard on my ww barb, especially when they pull me right in the middle + many fats guys pounding along with discolights and walls around... hard kiting or just zerg with wotb and hope for best.
