Don't be stupid, only people in the third world are jealous of American,s and it's likely more of the money and privilege that comes with it rather than any type of patriotism. Your country is owned by China, your people are hated world wide, your traveller's pretend to be Canadian for fear of being targeted by thieves, terrorists, etc. Your education system is one of the worst in the world as is your healthcare system.

So again...no one is jealous of you, especially because we can play Diablo 3 and you cannot.
