Playing Torchlight right now... can't expect it to be better than D3. Will play Torchlight MMO ofc when it comes before D3.

the answer to this is ez.

Torchlight made by Diablo 2. Diablo 3 not made by Diablo 2. Torchlight owns and it can't be a copy if its made by the same guys. Yes, you are stupid.
