So I just geared up my hc ww barb, with my passives I can take my cc up to 47% which must be enough to hold myself at maximum fury or have no fury problems. The problem is that it seems I only gain like 3-6 fury if battle rage procs. As the skill says I must gain 15...

Anyone else experienced the same issue?

This skill works perfectly on my SC barb, I can easily hold up max fury with 31% cc so I don't know what is wrong with my hc barb...
