Imo, an important thing about D3 would be the storyline, I want it to have detailled stuff and all, with great quests and enigmas to resolve.

For me it is the atmosphere but more importantly is the storyline. I have a feeling it is going to be epic beyond imaginable. But thats just a feeling theyve been known to go wrong before

I want it to be extremely difficult / make it so you can rush / make it so it takes fucking forever to get to lvl 100 / make it so you cannot solo

Storyline, hands down. The cinematic trailer mentions "the end of all things" and there are a lot of answered questions in the story.

Storyline, no doubt. It's one of the few things that seperates Diablo from Warcraft, although they are slowly morphing into the same game, which pisses me off a little bit.
