juggernaught in black ops 1 in the blue perk slot, where ghost is at, so that people had a way to counter ghost bitches, and replaced 2nd chance perk with this perk called "find" where you can find people that stayed in 1 spot for more then 6 seaconds or something.

then add this feature called running streaks, where after you run a certain amount of yards you get one of the running streak perks.
