What exactly is wrong with the SMGs? And Kap was a really, really ridiculous secondary weapon, maybe everyone in pubs just didn't realize it.

Yes. But the amount of bullshit deaths and deaths outside the limitations of the gun occurs against smg's more than any other gun. I have died in more bullshit ways from smg's than all gun classes put together. I personally find most guns relatively balanced with the exception of most smg's, remington and the occasional b23r.

I find that SMG's are fine. SMG's have always been the most popular gun category in COD.

Secondary weapons was way too OP alot of them true.
but with that being said the SMG is kinda OP too. hold down mouse button don't aim down the sight and you get kills from a distance of 500 yards :S
assault rifles should be used in this semi-long distance where smg is for crouded spaces etc. you know what i mean :)

Was using the kap gun earlier, didn't notice the nerf. Still seemed rather overpowered.
