lol

1.) is everything plugged in/turned on correctly? (i know it's stupid but you always have to ask first and foremost)
- power supply for speakers is plugged into wall/powerstrip and other end is plugged into the speakers themselves
- speakers are plugged into computer
- speakers are plugged into the right audio port
2.) is your computer on mute or have the volume turned all the way down? (also kinda stupid but sometimes the simple things elude people)
- start > control panel > audio devices or whatever
- also usually a speaker icon on the taskbar/menu
3.) sound card/drivers
- are audio drivers currently installed and/or up to date?
- is your audio card (if you have one separate your motherboard) properly connected?

yeah i figured by "everything" you would have tried those, but if you've ever been in IT you know you have to check for the one-D-ten-T errors first.

and you can still message me directly in real-time via the messenger link in my sig, but i'm about to go to sleep ;(
if you still haven't got the issue resolved by tomorrow (probably evening i'll be around) /msg me then maybe i can help out
