Your chest seems to be really lacking.

I would say bulk. It is October after all.

Maybe you just need to work on hitting the right muscles when benching. I really took a step back and starting working on actually using my chest and saw a massive inprovement.

what do you mean?

i arch my back/puff out my chest/squeeze my glutes/drive my heels

also, i always do slow and steady reps and i always make sure i contract the muscle im targeting

i dont understand why my chest doesnt grow. I mean, if I can get all my other muscle groups to grow proportionally.. i just dont get it.

I'm saying actually squeezing and putting the majority of the movement on your pecs. I used to just bench and get the weight up not thinking about anything, but when I actually lowered the weight and learned how to use mainly my chest to put up the weight, I saw massive improvements.

I mean if you're doing the work and you aren't seeing decent results, something has to be wrong.

Yeah something is definitely wrong. I think you may be right about the bolded part. I'll give that a try for a month or 2 and see if I notice anything different
