So, once upon a time. About 2.5 years ago, I did the stronglifts 5x5 program. Did the full diet change, hard work, etc. Then got busy at work, and well, shit happened, and I got fat again. I went from 210 to 180lbs at 5'8".

Some details: I manage a pizza shop. I was working 90 hours a week back then, which is why I lost the time.
I'm down to 65 hours a week now, and avoid the gym. Full of guys that would rather excosize their mouths.

I bought a 45lb bar, 260 worth of plates, bench, and installed a mirror. Friend is making me up a rack that should be done in a few weeks, around the time I will need it for my squat weight, so I am not doing an OHP with it.

PR from previous gains:
Squat: 225 5x5 / 275 1 rep
DL 275 5x1 / 315 2 rep
OHP 125 ish? 5x5 Dont remember.
Bench, 210-230 area 5x5
Barbell row, 135-155 ish 5x5.

Now I'm 205 lbs, 45" Round at belly button, fat and gross. Starting over. Body shots coming tomorrow. "Gym" setup shots will be at the bottom of this post.

My work and schedule makes it hard to monitor my food intake, but I'm working on it. Completly cut pizza out of my life, again. Usually do a couple tuna / veggie whole wheat wraps for lunch, and chicken/rice/veggie wrap for supper. I really need to get my ass up for eggs in the morning. Staying up late for no reason doesn't help that.

If you dont know what the SL 5x5 routine is, its pretty straight forward. Pics below will help you understand.
I dont have a top end goal. Just lose fat, gain muscle, and deal with plateaus when I get there. Starting super light and keeping my form in check again hence the low weights.

I'll be updating this here and there, feel free to ask any questions.

I also add in a P90X here and there at the end of a routine

Ab ripper x (i used to beable to do this whole damn thing. Now maybe 25%?)
Cardio, maybe 30%
Stretch, 50% flexibility, but I can do the whole thing.
Its a start. I hope that if I keep a log somewhere with people being the expected fuck heads, and nice guys, it will help keep me in check.

Love the rocking horse.

The dates are every other day. If its before/after midnight it fucks up.

Ya. I wear a 36 pant. But at belly button (including love handles) its 45" around. You can see the tape measure hanging from my calendar on the right.

Even my back looks sad.(like an emoticon lol)

Lost 5 lbs since first post (down to 200) Got busy, didn't have time to update this thread, but I haven't missed any sessions.

I've only done P90X Ab-ripper twice now, and on my second time (tonight but with a 10 day gap) I did about 55-60% of it instead of only 30%.

Rack should be another week or 2. :(

Edit: post workout:
2 whole wheat wraps with peanut butter thinly spread, 12-15 raw almonds, and 1 processed "light" cheese slice.
600-700ML skim milk mixed with 3 scoops of the above powder. Changing it to 2 scoops next round. I think i have too much protein with that amount, and its hard as fuck to take in.

holy hell. it's one thing if you're working like 3 weeks on 2 weeks off or something, but 90h/week every week? glad you stopped that.

grats on getting back on track!

For the first 3 months (3 years ago, march to July) it was 120 hours per week while we got the store setup. Then i moved and it dropped to 90. Cant believe I'm still alive
