hers my split, if you have an idea how to make it better, id appreciate the feedback

my stats : 22 yr old / 178 lbs / 6' tall / around 15% bodyfat ( never calculated )

iv been workout out for 4 years but i took alot of break due to ex gf injuries etc.. so i just restarted the gym 4 months ago after a 1.5year break..

my goal : look like a fitness model, gain some lean muscle mass


day1 : chest / 45min cardio
day2 : triceps/ abs
day3 : back/biceps/ 35min cardio
day4 : rest
day5 : legs/ shoulders/ abs
repeat

nah i just dont like doing triceps dips the same day as chest

Frequency as in - how frequently you are doing something. You should train each muscle group more frequently.

wich muscle is not as frequently trained to wich one
