my chicken salad i made for dinner, is it too much for trying to lose weight?
weigh 260 i think, height 6'0", jog a mile a day

i don't usually have subway for breakfast, just today
normally a meal replacement shake, 120 calories

should i cut it down alot more?

i just ate three of these bar things. 540 calories right there. only 5:45pm here, not that late in the day.
