I'm about 10 pounds away from my cutting goal. Right now, I'm about ~15% bf. I am noticing that I am losing strength. My benching has dropped 10 pounds in strength. At the beginning of the cut, I was able to bench 90 pound dumbbells 10 reps, now I can do about 4 reps of 90 pounds. How do I approach the strength loss? Should I continue to do the same weight with less reps OR should I lower the weight to equate my 10 reps per set?

Most likely or improper carb partioning.

ps op you shouldn't cut towards a bw number, that's faulty thinking and sets u up to failure and neurotic driven decisions

I'm 5'11, 185 pounds. My macros are 46/205/205 2050 kcal. I am at fault for sometimes removing 10-20 grams of carbs and eating those 10-20 grams of proteins instead. What should I do from here then if I am cutting too fast?

I'm following this website as to how many kcal I should consume. It says to eat 1876 kcal to lose 2 pounds a week or 2376 kcal to lose 1 pound a week. I just went down the middle with 2050. Should I start to eat 2376?

Yeah, I'm going to start this. I would comsume protein more pwo and leftover protein/rest of carbs and fat after w/o.
