Just ordered this multi as I'm willing to give it a shot

If y'all had any experience with it, did you take full dosage? (2x 3 caps a day)

Wouldn't worry about taking that many caps. Should be able to get all you need in 2-3 pills + food np.

It's a multi. You won't notice a whole lot from it

Yea no need to take the entire 6 caps a day, you'll end up pissing most of the water soluble vitamins out anyways.

I take 2-3 a day once with a meal.

I've been taking OT for about ~3-4 years now and I have been taking the full 6 pills per day since day 1 of taking them.

I take 6 before bed

I guess after reading this I may dose down to 3.

i was taking the 6 a day. my piss ended up neon green...theres a thread here from a long time ago about it lol.

you'll be perfectly fine with 2-3 caps a day. you don't need 1000% of the daily recommended micros like the full serving provides
