I started working out 2 months ago, after about 4+ years of being lazy.

These are my results so far, with lifts done today (new PRs), a full body analysis 2 months ago and now, and finally with some pictures.

Full body analysis was done with InBody 720, and I'll post the results (in kilograms) here:

Measured - 2 months ago - today - explanation
- - - - | - - - - - - - | - - - - - - - | - - - - - - - | - - - -
weight - - - - - - 82.8 - - - - 82.8 - - total body weight
SMM - - - - - - - 35.8 - - - - 38.2 - - total mass of skeletal muscles (heart and visceral muscles not included)
Proteins - - - - - 12.5 - - - - 13.3 - - total amount of proteins
body fat - - - - - 19.3 - - - - 15.6 - - total mass of lipids (fat tissue)
BF% - - - - - - - 23.3% - - - 18.8% - body fat percentage
BMC - - - - - - - 3.79 - - - - - 3.96 - - amount of minerals in skeletal tissue

That means I've lost 3.4kg of fat, gained 2.4kg of muscle (of which 0.8kg is protein, rest is water inside the muscles I assume?), and my skeleton has 0.17kg more minerals (which i assume makes my skeleton/joints bigger/stronger?).
Legs gained 0.61kg muscle, torso gained 1.4kg muscle, and arms gained 0.56kg muscle.

I hoped to lose more fat, but my fat loss seems to have slowed down the last month.
I think I'm eating about 2.5k-3k calories a day.
I'd rather increase in strength/muscle size than get ripped for now anyways.

I will post here what I lifted when I started, my new PRs from today, and my first goal for the big three (in lbs):

Squat:
started with: 5x132
new PR today: 1x297
goal: 330

Bench press:
started with: 5 body weight pushups
new PR today: 176
goal: 220

Dead lift:
started with: 5x176
new PR today: 363
goal: 440

I will post pictures in a new post.

Yeah definitely. I've just been too lazy to do it, since I've not done anything social this week except going to the gym (raiding in WoW doesn't count right?).
Should probably start shaving regularly though, even if it's weekdays, and I'm not doing anything.
