I used this diet and workout routine from this

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/building-model-body.htm

Used it for 4 months and I dont think it helps at all.
Anyways -

I'm trying to be lean for Modelling/Acting I want my abs to show.
I weight 166lbs 5'10
I see my fat on my gut out of everywhere on my body.

Someone told me too that my routine was horrendous because of the legs and such, I'm not familiar at all with working out or dieting
My sister is going to go on a diet too. I want a diet for i guess staying lean? if there's such a thing.

If anyone here can help me figure out a routine & a diet plan then please do so !
If there's any other information I need to give for a diet or anything Ill post whatever :)
Thanks!

Seems like a complete bro diet and workout routine.

Workout routine will give you next to no functional strength and make you look top heavy which is perfect for modeling though. It's meant to put on mass in the upper body, but if you are trying to lose weight, you aren't gonna be able to really put on mass.

It will do the job you are looking for though I guess, if you are just trying to lean out. Not optimal by most means.

Overall I'd give it a 5/10. I probably would have written something similar when I first started working out two years ago with little knowledge of bodybuilding.

well focus on building muscle mass or losing weight one at a time. Idk your time frame.

If you just want to lose weight, just find out your BMR with your activity multiplier, then just eat less calories than that says by 10%-20%. No need to follow a super strict diet of 5 meals a day.

if you are serious about modeling, i'd invest some time of actually putting on a touch of muscle on your frame first before getting lean.

You need to calculate you bmr, and then multiply by your daily activity level then -500 from your total to begin to lose 1 pound a week
3500 caloric deficit= 1 pound at 8-11% you will begin to see abs and then stop where you want to

routine? starting strength, wendler 5/3/1, and uh not raynor's
