Hi guys I wanna start working out and my endgoal is to look similar to this:

So I dont wanna be huge like a bodybuilder. And yes, I know its gonna take a long ass time probably but gotta start somewhere right. No pain no gain.

Anyways as I said im totally new to this so i have no clue what im gonna do, ive read some articles and watched some videoes. And from that i know i need som kind of dietplan and also workout plan.

But before we go into that i got some questions:

Can I do cardio/run meanwhile i start training or should i wait?

do i bulk or just go straight into training?

people eating chicken.. is the reason for that the protein gain or is there another reason. isnt it possible just to watch the calories and then take protein suplement?

My metabolism is very high, should I count this in or is it of no concern?

Also, im about 196 cm tall and I dont have no clue what I weight but last time i checked my BMI was arroune 20 i think if that needs to be considered at all?

And theres a dietplan/traningplan which I have abseloutly no clue how to make :)

So basiclly you just need to get your body fat % low.

The guy has some mass, but not even close to be imposible to get.

Focus on muscle mass first and just drop in bodyfat and you look like him.

His arms are way to skinny, but well its your choice if u want to be like him just for abs etc.

Lift

I'd start by googling some hypertrophy or strength programs if u want, adapt them to what u have to work with

make sure all muscles get done, and by opposing pairs (meaning dont train biceps without doing any triceps at all, obv doesnt have to be on same day, but stuff like adductors and abductors are important too)

Okay so I found this: http://news.bodylab.dk/artikler/261-storre-muskler-back-to-basics - scroll down a little bit to see the plan

I signed up for a gym but as I said im new so I kinda wanna wait a bit with the squat, deadlift, calf raises and bent over barbell rows i think. Is there any machines I can use instead of these. Also can use machines for my abs I think, but not sure if I need to do more than 1 kind of excercise. Maybe something else inste4ad of chin ups also?

Im really confused on what excersises i need to do :/ Help please.
