Wanted to order a pair of Tommy Kono bands for my elbows. They only cost 35 dollars for the pair but there was no way I was paying 40+ dollars just to get them shipped over to Ireland.
So I contacted the most loved man in hnf, Ryan Dyer, and asked him to post them to me.

I came home today to see this:

That's what h&f is all about, being there for a fellow m9.

Now, the real reason for this thread. I am auctioning off these sleeves as they were worn by Ryan for a brief period before shipping. Bidding will commence at 100 dollars per sleeve! Don't miss your chance to own something which was worn by the one and only heavenly blessed beauty himself!

I will also auction the envelope they arrived in as it contains his hand writing!

In all seriousness though, I really appreciate it dude and will always be here if you need a favour.

About the bands themselves... Holy shit are these things awkward to put on! They're thick as fuck too. Haven't had a chance to train with them on yet but I've no doubt they'll be excellent.

Oddly enough I found it a lot easier to wear tommy kono sleeves if you flip them inside-out first.

Do you mean flip them inside out, pull them up and then turn them back around (with the white symbol out) or just wear them inside out all the time?
