january 1st 2012, my diet started. I am 25. I was 240 pounds. Never did any exercise my entire life. The last sport i played was AYSO when i was in middle school.

at the moment im shifting bewteen 185-190. mixed with muscle and left over flabs of flesh on me.

it has not been a easy road, but all i want to say is that this is a road i want to stay on the rest of my life.

it is not much. but its a start of a 6 pack. we all need to start somewhere :)

at the moment i am doing alot of muscle confusion. my weight lifting proffesor at my college showed me some amazing workouts. i was lost tottaly lost in the gym until he guided me. I do 10-20 pounds to start off on the machine 10 times. move up. do the same thing up to 50-60 pounds. and drop back down doing the same number of reps :) . its a very simple thing to follow, and your certinly feel the burn haha.

at the moment i usually eat progresso soups. chicken, tuna, shit tons of vegtebals that i just nutriblast, made life unbelivilbly easier for veggie time.

i just make sure i eat anything healthy really.

now that im starting to learn alot more things, im starting to focus on my sholder muscles. and also trying to do dips correctly now haha. been doing them so freaking wrong lol. but its all good man, thats the thing about this whole new life i am living. you learn so many new things and eventually you start to have alot of fun in the gym :)

If you haven't already. Bodybuilding.com/exercises has a huge list of exercises for each muscle group. It'll give you ideas / videos of proper form. It's nice to try different things and find stuff you enjoy.
