Would like some critisism on my diet, workout plan, etc. My goals are to decrease body fat.

Weight: 186 pounds
Height: 5'10
Body Fat Approximation: About 15%


Diet

Breakfast- 3 Eggs
- 3 Slices of whole wheat toast

Lunch
- Fairly large whole wheat tortilla wrapped into a burrito consisting of black beans, lettuce, tomato, 2 cups of chicken breast

After Workout
- 1 scoops of protein mixed into 3 cups of milk

Dinner
- Salad consisting of 3 oz chicken breast, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and 2 cups of lettuce.

Night (prior to sleeping)
- 1 cup of greek yogurt with 15g of walnuts (about 100 calories worth)

Workout Routine

- Strength program consisting of 5x5
- About 25 minutes of cardio following each workout
- Rest day after back + bicep, and one after legs

Chest + Tricep
- Bench Press
- Incline DB Press
- Flys
- Skull Crushers
- Pull Downs

Back + Bicep
- Pull Ups
- Lat Pulldown
- Deadlift
- Machine Rows
- DB Curls
- EZ Bar Curls

Shoulders
- DB Military Press
- Lateral Raises
- Shrugs

Legs
- Leg Press
- Squats
- Lunges
- Calf Raises

Looks good. post results after 2-4 weeks and we will state what needs to change or stay the same then.

Ull see better results with a full body 5x5 3x a week like Stronglifts

even cutting you should be eating quite a bit more..

I don't get why people bust his balls. He helps give free advice (some misguided sure), he never complains about doing it really, and lastly takes a lot of the brunt of random I want to get toned threads out of jsp.

Actually, I take everyones advice into account.

There are tons of contradicting ideas and beliefs in bodybuilding. That being said, I respect both of your opinions.

Yeah, actually I just counted out the calories and they seem a bit low. Maybe some whole wheat toast with peanut butter on it as part of my breakfast?
