when is a good time to work out during the day?
like in the morning, before meals, after meals, how long after/before meals etc.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

i recently started working out/ getting into shape and in two weeks im seeing no results yet. currently im only doing 30-45 minutes on the elliptical. but im sweating a ton.
last october i weighed 130 lbs. im 5' 8''. i never weighed more in my life.
at that time i was diagnosed with a form of schizophrenia. the psych meds, in one years time, made me gain 80 lbs...im now fighting back cause im sick of the lack of energy and way i feel about myself.
so im here to get some advice/ help.
i changed my eating habits. im eating small portioned 2-3 meals a day. containing very low to no carbs. and mostly veggies and protein.

when should i expect results?
and what/when should i do, about the exercising?

you should expect results when you put your body into a calorie deficit

Drink 2 cups black coffee and do HIIT before you eat in the morning
