The three most basic things that I'm looking to accomplish would be:
1. Abs (Obviously LOL)
2. Flatter pecks, I'm kinda insecure about my manboobs, although they aren't really obvious, I'd just rather do something that would make it seem more... muscular?

3. Toned arm muscles I guess I'd call it? I don't necessarily need BIGGER muscles, I just want it to be obvious that I have them if that makes sense

I start college in January, so between now and then I'm going to have a hell of a lot of free time. I have access to the gym, so the workouts could be done either at home or at the gym (And I'm mostly looking for both.. but I'm guessing crunches, bicycle crunches, sit ups, push ups, etc. is what I'd be doing at home).
So yea.. What to do, how often to do it, weights, etc... I'm pretty retarded when it comes to working out.
Anyways, help is mucho appreciated
